Returns Policy


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 28 days for a refund less the cost to us of shipping the goods to you initially. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 15 days. The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund. There may be a re-stocking charge. If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Flair Fitness reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, your option to cancel may be forfeited. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

Change or Cancel Orders:

Please contact our Customer Services team for advice on (IRE) 074 971 858 or (UK) 02871 354 798 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please be ready to quote your order number. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

Other information

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 if you have incorrectly built or have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

By purchasing any goods then you agree to use them as intended. Products have specific specifications to allow optimum performance, if a product is purchased and mis-used or assembled incorrectly due to lack of adherence to the products technical specifications we hold no responsibility for any fault’s that occur nor will be covered under any warranties.  Domestic items used in commercial premises/environments will result in the warranty being void.

Returning Faulty Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged, please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours by phone or email so we can collect it, resolve in a timely manner and return the product.
